Fringe ARTSPACE is a member run Community Arts Center in Honolulu Hawaii located in the Chinatown Arts District. Situated in the former courtyard of the Old Blaisdell Hotel on Fort Street Mall, it is a wholesome, creative and safe space for Artists and Art Appreciators to share art and celebrate experimental expression.
